We advise pharmaceutical laboratories on the registration and protection of their
products above sanitary authority and we support them in obtaining exclusive commercialization right in the market in which they are interested in. With this aim, we assist them on the registration
patent process, if applicable, and using legal tools provided by Free Trade Agreements signed by our country (for example, 'Data Exclusivity' mechanism of FTA with the United States of America).
Moreover, we advise laboratories on the negotiation and drafting of different kinds of agreements, such us, Clinical Trial Agreements
, distribution agreements, storage agreements and others related with use, trade, and promotion of pharmaceutical products. |
